Three cameras at the front, side entrance, and side of the house — for property security. None inside. None pointed at the hot tub, fire pit, or backyard hangouts.

In the living room and game room. They measure sound level only — no audio is recorded — and alert us if noise crosses neighborhood-friendly thresholds.

"We loved our stay! Plenty of space for our family of 4. The game room was fun and we loved the hot tub soaks after a day of biking. With both a TV and projector, we could watch movies while in the hot tub. The coffee setup is A+, especially if you're a coffee nerd.
